As for the most royal of Presidents since Richard Nixon dressed the White House guards in those ridiculous uniforms more suitable for a Gilbert & Sullivan operaretta than an American Presidency, perhaps he could just fly in a G-5 (ood enough for the old Automotive Industry executives) and just let J-Stars fly overhead to provide communications.

Finally, why not just give the President an apartment in the Watergate [probably easier to keep out party crashers in any event and no need for so many Uniformed Secret Service Officers, etc.] and let him live like the rest of us, paying for his own utilities, household staff, etc. The White House could then be reserved for official functions, offices etc.

Let’s see, paying his own bills, kids in Public Schools, wife raising kids (therefore no need for the public to house the 1st mother-in-law as well as other parasites in the entourage), etc. If he had to pay a co-payment every time he visited one of those physicians as well he could emphathize rather than sympathize with Middle Americans, and really feel our pain. Of course we could substantially raise the taxes on the portion of his salary that exceeds $250k, you know all of those rich folks that worked hard, gained an education, and either started their own businesses or contributed value to large public corporations as well. Then Michelle wouldn’t need to jet around the world with M1 Jr. & M2, Jr. because she would be too busy doing things like cooking dinner for the family, washing clothes and acting like the rest of us as well.
